FORMAL PETITION FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW AND TRANSPARENCY OF MONETARY AUTHORITY

FORMAL PETITION FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW AND TRANSPARENCY OF MONETARY AUTHORITY
TO: THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS, THE LEGISLATURES OF THE SEVERAL STATES, AND ALL OTHER COMPETENT CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITIES

PETITION UNDER THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES
We, the undersigned citizens of the United States of America, hereby submit this formal Petition pursuant to the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which guarantees the right of the People to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
This Petition respectfully seeks a comprehensive constitutional review and public accounting of the authority, structure, and administration of monetary systems within the United States, as originally established under the United States Constitution.

I. CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY
Pursuant to Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution:
“The Congress shall have Power… To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin…”
“To borrow Money on the credit of the United States…”
Further, Article I, Section 10 provides:
“No State shall… coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts…”
These provisions collectively establish that monetary authority is a federal function, vested in Congress, and subject to constitutional limitation and accountability.

II. STATEMENT OF CONCERNS
The undersigned respectfully submits that questions of public importance exist regarding the alignment of current monetary governance, issuance practices, and valuation mechanisms with the constitutional framework described above.
Accordingly, the People are entitled to full transparency and constitutional review of:
* The creation and issuance of United States currency
* The regulatory mechanisms governing monetary value
* The structure of institutions involved in monetary policy administration
* The extent of congressional oversight and accountability

III. REQUEST FOR RELIEF
In light of the foregoing, Petitioners respectfully request that the United States Congress and relevant authorities undertake the following actions:
1. A Formal Constitutional Review
Conduct a comprehensive review of federal monetary authority and current currency management practices to assess compliance with constitutional provisions.
2. Public Hearings and Disclosure
Hold open and public congressional hearings regarding the creation, issuance, and regulation of United States currency and related monetary instruments.
3. Transparency in Monetary Governance
Provide clear and accessible public reporting on the mechanisms by which currency is created, circulated, and valued.
4. Assessment of Institutional Authority
Review the statutory and constitutional basis of all institutions involved in monetary policy administration, including those exercising delegated authority.
5. Consideration of Legislative Reform
Evaluate whether statutory reforms are necessary to ensure continued compliance with constitutional monetary authority and accountability to the People.

IV. DECLARATION
This Petition is submitted:
* In good faith
* Without threat, coercion, or unlawful intent
* Solely for constitutional review, public accountability, and lawful legislative consideration
* In exercise of rights guaranteed under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States

V. SIGNATURE OF PETITIONERS
The undersigned affirm support for the foregoing Petition and respectfully request official consideration and response.
